Great comprehensive review of cell culture

Great comprehensive book for those just starting out in cell culture or those who have experience and want a more detailed understanding. It is well written, easy to understand, and has many sources listed at the end of each chapter. Some of graphs in the kindle version are in color but this book is nearly all black & white except for a center section with color photos of various cells stained and imaged. I think it is really a great value at ~$60. Every cell culture lab should have a copy of this one. Love that it has been updated recently (2016).
It may be particularly useful for an experienced post-doc moving to a new position and wants to continue with his cell culture work.
